The upper floor connects a gym and an entertainment lounge through a single feature wall. An aquarium sits at its centre, framed by marble, fluted detail and classical arches so that both rooms borrow the same living centrepiece.
A shallow barrel vault with concealed cove lighting quiets the ceiling. Layered light — wall washes, sconces and picture lights — is what gives the palette its depth; the materials themselves stay deliberately few.
